Bill King

West Australian Native Timber, a private firm, was formed by Bill King in 2004. Originally intended as an extension of his hobby of many years in making fine furniture - primarily using Jarrah - the company is grown into a full-time venture.

Having recently retired from the pharmacy industry, he is now solely involved in dealing with selected native timbers, especially for furniture manufacture.

With a little help from friends and past associations gathered from over 12 years of running a pharmaceutical practice in the South West of Western Australia, Bill has been encouraged and indeed excited, to set up this company and give it the same wholehearted approach to excellent service that he pursued in a 37-year career of running his own pharmacy business.
